At Mosaics Torra, we are specialised manufacturers of cement tiles — an artisanal tradition we have kept alive for decades. We craft each cement tile floor by hand, paying close attention to every detail of the process to deliver a solution that is aesthetic, functional, and long-lasting. A story that began in 1975

Our journey began in 1975, when the Torra family first entered the world of handcrafted mosaics. Years later, in 2004, the company Torra Artesanía en Mosaicos, S.L. was officially founded, with the aim of reviving the essence of traditional cement tile flooring and adapting it to modern needs. Today, as Mosaics Torra, we combine decades of experience with technical and aesthetic innovation.

Authentic craftsmanship in every tile

All our cement tile flooring is handcrafted, tile by tile, by skilled artisans. We use original metal moulds or faithful reproductions of modernist designs, following the traditional process: applying the pigment, cold pressing, curing with moisture, and drying for at least 28 days. The result is a cement tile floor with character, durability, and unique beauty.

Our work draws on the modernist tradition of the early 20th century, when cement tiles became an essential element of Catalan architecture. Today, at Mosaics Torra, we continue that legacy by collaborating on the restoration of historic buildings, private homes, and high-end design spaces. We also develop slip-resistant versions and special finishes for outdoor use and wet areas.
