Drying hall. Each tile cures for at least 28 days before it reaches your project.
Each piece is handmade with original metal moulds: pigment application, cold pressing, moisture curing and drying for at least 28 days.
Mineral colour poured by hand into the mould, piece by piece.
The cement mortar is sifted over the pattern before pressing.
No firing. Pressure and water do the kiln's work.
The pieces rest on racks. The cement gains strength slowly.
