Each 20x20cm and 18 mm thick tile weighs approximately 1.60 kg, that is, approximately 40 kg/m2, to which must be added the weight of the packaging, pallets and the protection used for transport. Packaged in cardboard boxes containing 10 tiles and weighing 16 kilos. The tiles are separated from each other with a protective sheet of paper or cardboard, and are placed on a reinforced and sealed pallet. Delivery of the merchandise on the street at the entrance of the building, indicate if there is any problem (pedestrian street, difficult access for transportation, etc.). The transfer of boxes to the construction site or to floors is not organized.

Does not include unloading/special permits, waiters or extras, costs for not being able to deliver with the truck in which it is loaded (3.5 tons).

In case of apparent damage to the pallet, boxes or tiles, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and details of the incident.

The delivery times for our hydraulic tiles will be as follows:

Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 working days depending on the autonomy to deliver the order.

Canary Islands and international 7 to 10 business days depending on the country to deliver the order.

For our stock line the minimum order quantity will be 1.20 m2. And the delivery time will be immediate (delivery according to the details of the previous paragraph).

Orders for our range of Torraestone products will have a minimum order size of 3 m2.

For our custom line, the minimum order quantity will be 15 m2. And the delivery time will be 10 weeks plus the transit transportation time to the customer’s home.

Inside each of the supplied boxes there is an explanatory sheet with instructions for placing, treating and maintaining our hydraulic tiles. It is very important to follow all the instructions to achieve a good completion of the installation of the supplied products. 1. Bank transfer: After the order has been generated, Mosaics Torra SL will keep the order pending and will wait for a copy of the proof of the transfer made to our email info@mosaicstorra.com. Once said payment has been verified, the requested order will be sent.
2. Banco Sabadell virtual POS: this entity will be where you can directly enter your bank details and make the payment through the Secure Server. Valid for VISA, MASTERCARD. By making the payment you are confirming that the credit card is yours. They are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, Mosaics Torra will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the materials ordered and no contract could be finalized. with the client.
3. PAYPAL: after confirming the order and having selected this option, you will be redirected to the PayPal website taking advantage of its secure payment platform. Once the payment process has been completed, you will be taken back to the Mosaics Torra eCommerce and the deadlines set for the delivery of the product ordered through our transport agency and to proceed with its delivery will begin.

Composition and production: Hydraulic tiles are composed of gray or white Portland Cement, marble powder, sand, color pigments, additives and water. These raw materials are carefully selected and mixed together, then they are introduced inside the mold of the tile that we are making and finally we will introduce it into the hydraulic press to press the tile and have the tile completely finished. Then we would move on to the setting process where they will rest for a minimum of 28 days, in order to guarantee a perfect final quality of our hydraulic mosaics.

Applicable standards: Hydraulic tile is not regulated by European standards (CE) or national standards (UPEC).

The tests carried out in the laboratory that we mention are carried out in the absence of these “standards”, so we base ourselves on the protocols for terrazzo or cement according to standard 1339:2004.

All products made with cement and crushed marble and granite are porous materials and “limestone” in nature, which means they can stain.

To limit the risk of stains, we recommend applying, after installation, our sealer for interior mosaics “Torrasealer” or for our exterior hydraulic mosaics, non-slip or Gaudí Hexagon Range “Torraestone Sealer”.

It must be taken into account that newly installed cement tiles are more delicate than old or used cement tiles since these have already aged and the pore of the tile has been closing.

Hydraulic tiles may show small variations in tone, format or thickness as a result of their artisanal manufacture and the use of natural products in their production and do not constitute a right to guarantee return or restitution of the product. Each tile is unique.
